Summer

Lovin’

Peaches and Raspberry Cooler

Once April comes knockin’, you know it’s the start of out-of-town getaways, sun bathing in the beach, and road trip adventures. Yes, it is officially summer! With all the activities lined up for the season, make sure you include food trips as well. After all, tis the season for cold and sweet delights, such as the summer staple Halo-halo. Why not create your own sweet concoction to treat your family and friends with? A delish recipe you can try is the Peaches and Raspberry Cooler.

Peaches and raspberries go delightfully well together, and even more so when mixed with crushed ice and milk. This luscious combination makes this dessert satisfying yet light (not to mention a great way to beat the heat.) It’s also a healthy treat kids will love.

Start with slicing the fruits and placing these in clear bowls.

Top with ice and pour with milk. It’s that easy. To make this already amazing dessert even more tempting, creatively present it with colorful placemats, plates, and spoons. This will highlight the vibrant colors of the peaches and raspberries, plus a great way to attract the kiddos to try this vitamin-packed concoction.

There you have it, an effortless yet scrumptious cooler for the season of fun in the sun. You can even turn this into a business venture for summer!
